The Xiangheli Fashion and Creative Center project in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, is located on the north side of Xiaxu Highway and the west side of Fengxiang Road in Haining City. The total land area of the project is 14,038 m2, and the proposed buildings mainly include: a 1-story garbage room, 3 commercial buildings of 4-11 stories, a 10-11 story hotel, an adjacent 2-4 story podium, and a 1-story basement.

The construction site is located adjacent to an intercity railway on the south side. The net distance between the pile foundation construction surface and the outer edge of the intercity railway tunnel structure is extremely small, only 34.52m. This is close to the stress-sensitive zone of the tunnel, which is considered extreme close-contact construction. Furthermore, the piles on the north side are about 20m away from the nearest existing residential buildings , which places extremely stringent requirements on pile foundation displacement, vibration, and control of soil displacement from the piles.

The total construction area of the project is approximately 44,436 m2 (of which the underground construction area is 10,745 m2 ). The project uses the static drilling and root-planting pile method for the pile foundation construction. A total of 777 root-planting piles are used, with a pile length of 30-49 m, a total pile length of 31,937 m, a pile diameter of 600 mm, an enlarged base diameter of 960 mm, and an enlarged base height of 2,000 mm.
